1. Design to Construction
Most of our clients choose to build a custom home after spending tireless months even years trying to find their ideal home. It’s a lot easier than you think; starting with a blank canvas.
We start with an in-depth no-obligation meeting to help you understand in detail, the process, costs, and time involved in building your custom home; simultaneously we gather notes to faithfully bring your ideas to life!
We will review design and plans with you before construction begins and assist you in the selections process with a professional Design Consultant.
2. Breaking Ground to Completion
Should you choose to build with Empreus Homes,
we’ll encourage you to visit your property frequently during construction. We’ll invite you to attend meetings weekly as we know this will be the largest investment you make and want you to feel a part of the process each and every step of the way. The more we communicate the less delays we collectively experience throughout the process.
Our mission is to make sure we deliver quality craftsmanship you expect from us.
Throughout construction, onsite meetings will be scheduled at foundation, framing, electrical, mechanical, finishing, cabinetry and shelving milestones. This provides us with many opportunities to discuss your ideas, preferences and the specific design details you envision.

Our commitment does not end when you take procession of your custom home. As a proud Tarion Warranty member, Empreus Homes takes careful measures to provide the utmost quality in every home built.
