Empreus uses very high quality trades, which ensured that our long term home was constructed throughout with excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and polished finish. The solid structure and modern amenities throughout far exceed a typical custom home.
Constructing during supply chain and labour backlogs of covid included scheduling and material challenges, which were raised to our attention and were able to be resolved without significant costs or delays. Overall the project completed in 13 months, longer than initially planned, but far ahead of other houses under construction at the same time in our neighbourhood.
